- When do the 12 months start?
- When billing starts, after your first 14 days. The free days aren't counted towards them.
- What happens after the first 12 months?
- You move to the regular price for your tier. Nothing else changes.
- Can I change tier?
- Yes, at any time. You're billed the new tier's price from your next cycle.
- What if I go over my brand limit?
- Upgrade to the next tier, or get in touch about a custom plan.
