Veronica

Product

How Veronica actually works.

Not a feature list — every product in this category has one, and they all read the same. This is what happens between a message in Telegram and a number in a report, and why the parts work the way they do.

How she picks up a brand's voice

You upload a brand guide or a tone document — a PDF or a text file. Veronica writes in that voice because she has read it, not because someone tuned a slider labelled "casual" or "professional".

Publishing and the numbers

A post published twenty minutes ago has no figures yet. The platforms don't report straight away — the first figures usually arrive about an hour after publishing, and the dashboard says it's waiting rather than showing you a zero.

Why the platforms disagree

Not every platform reports the same things. LinkedIn gives you impressions and nothing else — no likes, no comments. That's LinkedIn's decision, not ours, so the dashboard tells you rather than showing an empty column you'd have to interpret.

And they update at different speeds. Most platforms refresh a post's figures every few hours. X does it about once every two days. So an X number that looks stuck usually isn't — it just isn't due yet, and the report says when it was last checked.

When a number is final

Figures settle after seven days. Before that, a number can still move — after, it won't. The monthly report tells you which is which, so you're never reading a number as final when it isn't, or as still-moving when it's done.

What a brand is

A brand is a client, not a channel — each one connects up to five platforms. Each brand has its own dashboard, its own file library and its own report.

The report

Every month, a branded PDF you can send straight to the client — what published, how it performed, and which numbers are still moving.
